    You don't always need tie points between adjacent image pairs to link

    Sometimes it can be difficult to fine 3 common tie points to link adjacent image pairs
    together. The difficulty can be avoided by having coordinated tie points in each pair of
    images. These can be measured using a total station or differential GPS. On this basis,
    image pairs don't even have to be overlapping if this is not a requirement of your

    Remember in the orientation screen, coordinated tie points are differentiated by
    having a pink circle around them.
