Is there a way to include the photo overlay when exporting to vrml? The only options are the TIN and texture. We would like to add the photo in order to display it properly on our website using a vrml viewer. Thanks
Aerogeo, i'm not sure if I'm interpreting your question right, but when you check the Texture option, PI-3000 / IM creates an overlay jpeg for the .wrl. The jpeg is the layer name and ends in .0001 (I think). The problem may be the app you're using to view the VRML, some can be a little fussy attaching texture files. Try Kongsbergs VRMLView: http://www.km.kongsberg.com/ks/web/nokbg0237.nsf/AllWeb/E1DB099B3F91AC26C12572DB004D4EE1?OpenDocument
Thanks Rich, you've pretty much hit the nail on the head. When you export to .wrl you get jpegs as well for the texture. These need to be in the same directory as the .wrl file, so if you're sharing a vrml file, make sure to include the jpeg graphic textures
